Before EaseZen existed,Qasim and Kashif spent years inside companies as solution experts — building automation pipelines and consulting on digital transformation across industries. They kept seeing the same pattern: businesses sold generic platforms built for demos, not for how their operations actually worked. In 2021, they started EaseZen with a narrower mandate — take on the operational problems too specific or too unglamorous for most agencies to touch, and build the right answer, properly, every time.
What started as two engineers is now a team of 25–30 shipping AI-native systems across three countries — still measured the same way it was on day one: by whether the problem actually got solved.
