1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, product, or communication provided by EaseZen Solutions (“we”, “our”, “the Company”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

EaseZen Solutions offers software development, web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, consulting, and related digital services.

We reserve the right to modify, update, limit, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Project Engagement & Communication

  • Project begins only when: Clear written requirements, an approved proposal or contract, and initial payment/deposit are received.
  • No verbal approvals: We do not start work based on verbal confirmation, WhatsApp messages, or assumptions.
  • Delays: Missing information or delayed responses from your side may delay the project and the Company is not responsible for such delays.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: 50% required to start the project.
  • Delivery Payment: 50% due upon delivery or milestone completion.
  • Deployment Condition: All invoices must be cleared before deployment or handing over source code.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for: Change of mind, incorrect details provided by you, completed work, delays caused by you/third parties, or features not included in the signed scope.
  • Partial Refund: If we fail to deliver according to the written scope, a partial refund may be issued based strictly on unfinished work.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

Everything depends on the written scope. If it’s not written, it’s not included.

  • Revisions: Revisions improve existing work, not add new features.
  • New Features: Any new feature requires a separate invoice and updated timeline.

6. Delivery & Deployment

We deliver according to the agreed timeline IF you provide required information on time.

  • Not Responsible For: Delays caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, app store approvals, your delayed responses, or mid-project scope changes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership (After Full Payment)

  • Client Ownership: After full payment, you own the final code, designs, and assets created for you.
  • Portfolio Rights: We may keep non-sensitive parts for portfolio use unless requested otherwise in writing.

7.2 Before Full Payment

  • Company Ownership: We retain 100% ownership until full payment is received.
  • Usage Restriction: You may not use, deploy, copy, or modify any work before full payment.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information, project details, or sensitive data to third parties.

  • Not Liable For: Data leaks caused by your hosting provider, your team, third-party software, or external security breaches.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide Accurate Details: All project information must be complete and correct.
  • Timely Responses: Delayed communication causes delayed delivery.
  • Credentials: Provide all required access for deployment or development.
  • Content: Provide text, images, videos, and other assets needed.
  • Project Pauses: If you remain inactive for 14+ days, the project is paused and reactivation requires an additional fee.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party services like hosting, Firebase, Stripe, plugins, APIs, or external libraries.

  • No Liability: We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures of third-party services.
  • Third-Party Compliance: You agree to follow the policies of all third-party services used in your project.

11. Warranties & Limitations

We do not guarantee:

  • Bug-Free Software
  • 100% Uptime
  • Instant Support
  • Performance Beyond Platform Limits
  • Revenue, Sales, or Business Outcomes

Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to protect EaseZen Solutions from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Software Misuse
  • Illegal Activities
  • Third-Party Policy Violations
  • Incorrect Content Provided by You
  • Unauthorized Code Modifications

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Non-Payment
  • Violation of These Terms
  • System Misuse
  • Abusive Behavior Toward Our Team

You remain responsible for payment of work completed before termination.

14. Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use:

  • Project Screenshots
  • Non-sensitive Code Examples
  • Case Studies
  • Your Brand or Project Name

We do not disclose confidential or sensitive information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable international business laws for cross-border clients.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by local law.
